“With Axel I was looking for advice on various property deals in developments and refurbishments, he pointed me in the right directions of the growth areas that would provide the highest returns with the highest
profitability for the minimum amount of work and capital input. Axel lives in excess of 1000kms away, in a totally different market to me, so I listened to him carefully to him, wrote the instructions down, and did the
total opposite, to my own major cost. I made the mistake to listening to the local real estate agents and local devolopers, who were new to the industry, and appeared to be doing super well. With all the big toys, eg cars and clothes. Needless to say, I was impressed with them. As of today all of the predictions Axel made came true, areas he chose have increased,and in most cases doubled in value, and most of them requiring little or no work at all.
