“With Axel I was looking for advice on various property deals in devolopments and refurbishments, he pointed me in the right directions of the growth areas that would provide the highest returns with the highest profitability for the minimum amount of work and capital imput. Axel lives in excess of 1000kms away, in a totally different market to me, so I listened to him carefully to him, wrote the instructions down, and did the total oppisite, to my own major cost.
